New Strategic Plan: 2024-2028

The Ontario College of Teachers will be moving forward with a new Strategic Plan that will refine how the College fulfills its public interest mandate. The plan was approved by Council in October and it will guide the College’s work from January 1, 2024, until December 31, 2028, and will replace the 2019-2023 strategic priorities.

The plan is the product of many months of engagement with many external and internal stakeholders, including federations, faculties, school boards, parents’ groups, Indigenous advisors, and many others.
