Each country has its own specific policies related to educational documents. Select your country below to learn how to obtain your academic records, statements of professional standing, teaching certificates and other information.

We can help if you have trouble getting an institution to send documents directly to us. Please send a signed letter to the Director of the College's Membership Services Department via email or fax / mail, asking us to contact the institution for you. This letter should describe the attempts you made, and identify the name of the institution(s) and document(s) you’re having trouble obtaining.

You must also attach evidence of your attempts to obtain these documents, such as copies of letters you’ve sent. We'll be in touch, and if we’re able to assist you, we’ll send you a copy of the letter we've sent the institution on your behalf.
