You must arrange for your university to send to the College the academic records for all degrees and programs listed on your application form. The College will base its evaluation on these records. See Academic Records for details.
We also accept transcripts from CSSD (formerly CHESICC) through Digitary.
For more information on how to share your CSSD documents with the College using this service, please refer to this link: Digitary Cooperation Application Channels - Certification Report Application and Sending Steps.
If you requested an evaluation from World Education Services (WES) and had your transcripts or documents sent to them directly from the institution you attended, you can also ask WES to provide us with a copy.
In addition to the academic records that your university sends to the College, you must provide a photocopy of the degree certificate.
A Statement of Professional Standing is required from the country, province or state where you completed your teacher education program, and from any other country, province or state where you are or have been certified to teach.
You must send a photocopy of your teaching certificate from all jurisdictions where you are or have been authorized to teach. This applies even if you have never taught there.
If you have a teaching certificate, which is usually called a Certificate of Teacher's Qualification and is from the National Education Commission of the People's Republic of China, submit a photocopy of it.
If you do not have a teaching certificate, bring or mail your original teacher education diploma to the College. We will return it to you.
