Myth or fact? Only classroom teachers are members of the College.

Myth! The majority of College members are classroom teachers, however, vice-principals, principals, supervisory officers and directors of education, among others, must also be certified teachers to hold the positions they do.

Do you have a topic related to the College’s work or activities that you would like to present to our Council? Council invites public presentations at its quarterly meetings and at its annual meeting of members.

The College attends events to raise awareness about its role to protect the public interest — which includes managing risks to protect student safety — and to promote the high standards that guide our members.
